Jo's Body Shop

Operating out of a backyard space opened in 2022, the practice draws on bodywork experience dating back to 1993. Sessions apply an integrative manual therapy technique targeting tension patterns in the fascia and muscles to reduce pain and stiffness while restoring balance, mobility, and flexibility. Beyond the treatment room, the outdoor garden, hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna are not an open drop-in bathhouse: returning clients may use them before or after appointments or take time to sit in the garden.
