In northwest Glendale, pizzas start with house-made sauce and more than 20 fresh-cut toppings. Calzones are stuffed with a blend of mozzarella, ricotta, and parmesan, folded into crescents, and baked in the pizza ovens. Strombolis wrap the dough around either a Philly cheese center or a four-meat lineup of sausage, ham, salami, and pepperoni. Beyond the oven specialties, the family-friendly dining room also turns out wings, hot sandwiches, salads, and pastas.
