JFS Altius Farms

Set above Uchi in RiNo, the 8,000-square-foot rooftop greenhouse grows seasonal vegetables and leafy greens using non-GMO, pesticide-free techniques that reduce water use. While part of the harvest supplies local dining rooms, half heads directly to the Weinberg Food Pantry and JFS Boulder food box programs. The working farm also pairs its agricultural mission with workforce development opportunities and offers an outdoor space for gatherings.
