Jerry Erwin Park

Spanning nearly 36 acres next to the Spring Hill Battlefield, the grounds border land where pivotal Civil War maneuvers favored the Union Army in Tennessee. Historical markers at the parking lot and trailhead detail the clash and the site's past. The 0.86-mile paved loop provides a smooth surface for walking, running, or skating, complete with access points down to McCormick Creek and its tributary drainage ways, alongside two mini-shelters, restrooms, and three picnic tables.
