Founded by Carl and Gina Courtright alongside Chef Juan, the kitchen carries its long-standing recipes forward under Chef Jorge, with son Todd managing operations as a third-generation restaurateur. The daily lineup extends to comfort staples like bruschetta, potatoes O'Brien, oxtail soup, and thick-cut chicken parmesan over noodles. Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, the venue also runs a dedicated banquet space tailored for gatherings ranging from baptisms to memorials.
