Known as RoHoEn, the garden is a joint project between Phoenix and its sister city Himeji, Japan. Streams thread past hand-carved stone lanterns and more than 50 varieties of plants. Cultural programming runs alongside the landscape, encompassing events in the teahouse as well as art exhibitions and workshops.
