Description

Established in 1988 and named after its founder, this neighborhood spot is shaped by an active group of senior gardeners and local residents who cultivate everything from eggplants to late-season collard greens. Near the entrance, a pollinator garden of butterfly bushes, verbena, and Echinacea draws local wildlife. Further in, a lawn free to reserve for events and shaded seating areas offer a quiet retreat for meditation or relaxing.
