Established in 1988 and named after its founder, this neighborhood spot is shaped by an active group of senior gardeners and local residents who cultivate everything from eggplants to late-season collard greens. Near the entrance, a pollinator garden of butterfly bushes, verbena, and Echinacea draws local wildlife.
