Hidden away in a shopping center, this restaurant has remained virtually untouched for over 50 years while the island has transformed around it. The kitchen turns out Cantonese and Polynesian plates—including Pu Pu Platters and Coconut Drinks—served as sit-down meals rather than quick takeout.
