Jackson Heights Halloween Parade

Organized by the Jackson Heights Beautification Group, this event stands as NYC's largest children's Halloween parade. The route spans 37th Avenue, beginning at 89th Street and proceeding toward PS 69. The procession draws thousands of children and their families, joined by local school marching bands and various community figures. A focal point of the march is a live performance of Michael Jackson's 'Thriller' dance, while the experience concludes with the distribution of goodie bags to those involved.
