Description

Translating as "One Heart One Ramen," Isshindo serves a variety of bowls differentiated by flavor and texture. The signature tonkotsu broth relies on high-quality pork bones and specially treated water boiled at high heat to extract umami and vitamins. The kitchen pairs traditional yellow noodles with cuts of chashu pork belly simmered in soy sauce imported from Japan.
