Founded by the late Raul and Amelia Garcia, the dining room is now steered by their daughter Nancy and grandchildren Eileen and Jonathan. The setting takes its visual cues from the European architecture of 1950s Cuba, paired with an easygoing atmosphere where staff routinely recognize familiar faces. Across the menu, the kitchen turns out traditional Cuban and Spanish plates prepared from the founders’ original recipes.
