First established in Hawaii Kai in 2012, Island Brew has grown into four locations across Honolulu, rounding out its coffee line with freshly made food. Its beans are sourced in a roasting partnership with Rusty's Hawaii, served to both locals and visitors across distinct neighborhood settings: a waterfront spot in Hawaii Kai near Safeway, the top level of Ala Moana Center in front of Bloomingdale's, Ward Village across from Whole Foods, and RISE Manoa on University Avenue.
