Workouts here are paired with InBody body fat analysis scans to track physical progress over time. The facility operates on month-to-month memberships that include unlimited session access, and parents can utilize a designated Iron Kidz space while working out. While free introductory sessions are reserved for adults 18 and older, minors aged 12 and up can also participate if special conditions are met.
