IronWorks

Operating since 1974, IronWorks runs without traditional health-club frills, focusing instead on heavy training and specialized gear. The floor pairs classic plates with apparatus from Atlantis, Hammer Strength, Cybex, and Life Fitness, including rarely seen specialty machines. Despite the intense workout focus, the room remains genuinely accessible, where newcomers and everyday lifters train comfortably alongside competitive athletes. Staff and trainers provide knowledgeable guidance, and the facilities round out with vintage locker rooms and saunas that actually get hot.
