Catch a late match and trad set.

🎶 Guinness, Trad Music, Irish Coffee

Ernie O'Malley's opens as an Irish pub in Kips Bay, with a vintage sports bar out front, memorabilia on the walls, and seven screens carrying Irish and New York matches. The kitchen pushes past basic pub fare with French dips and spice bags.

Walk toward the back and the room changes. The speakeasy keeps a snug corner for craft cocktails, pints of Guinness, and Irish coffees that regulars rate highly. Live trad music and Irish language get togethers give the pub a community thread that outlasts the match schedule.

At 140 East 27th Street the doors open at noon Monday through Friday and at 10 AM on weekends, closing at 2 AM Sunday through Thursday and 4 AM on Friday and Saturday. Private dining packages cover food, drinks, or both across a range of budgets.
