Sound baths at Intune Wellness use crystal bowls and other modalities to guide you into a safe space to rest and connect to your intuition through mindfulness, intention, and meditation. The studio is set in Denver's Dry Ice Factory building, and regulars describe the sessions as highly organized and the atmosphere calming and restorative.
