Description

Established in 1917, it is the oldest continuously operating public rose test garden in the United States, serving as an active testing ground for new varieties from around the world. Cultivars are evaluated for fragrance and form across the grounds, where winding paved paths pass fragrant hybrid teas, miniatures, and climbers alongside sweeping views of downtown Portland.
