Adoro Lei hosts a lively Hudson Square pizza making class, pairing wood fired pies with craft cocktails at 287 Hudson St. During the interactive sessions, guests shape and top their own dough before the pies come out. The menu is built to share, with classic and New Age pies, fancy bar food, and crispy arancini. Elayne Duff, a James Beard recipient, designed the cocktail list, and music keeps the room energetic. The kitchen opens at half past eleven Tuesday through Saturday and closes at 10 PM through Thursday and 11 PM on Friday and Saturday. Sunday brunch runs from 11 AM to 5 PM, and Monday is closed.
