Founded by head coach Manuel "Manny" Molina, Instinct Muay Thai centers its training around progressive skill development rather than unnecessary hard sparring. Instruction covers Muay Thai, kickboxing, and boxing, breaking intricate striking techniques down into accessible fundamentals for both beginners and active competitors.
Sessions feature individual coaching throughout group classes, alongside dedicated personal training options. Programs run almost every day of the week and span youth and adult classes, set in a high-sweat environment near Miami Dade College Kendall Campus.
