Mixologists build balanced drinks, and pizza fritta gives the first round a savory anchor. The bar opens at 5 PM from Monday through Saturday, so arrive after 5 PM and skip Sunday, when it is closed.
Settle Under the Moon
Cross one block to the Ritz-Carlton's library lounge, where banquettes sit beneath a permanent full-moon installation. Classic pours share the menu with a lychee martini and other José Andrés creations. Small bites run tiny rather than meal-sized, so treat this as a pre-dinner stop. The patient service and enclosed room suit a slower middle round.

Finish on West 26th Street amid red curtains, nightly jazz or blues, and a whiskey library of more than 750 bottles. Food and shareable plates let the last stop stretch past a single drink.
