Description
Founded by Mohan Singh, the kitchen relies on traditional preparations built around herbs, spices, and fresh ingredients. Alongside the standard menu, the midday spread sets out over 15 different dishes. The bar keeps chilled draught beer and wine on hand, poured alongside cocktails and sangrias made with Indian wines.
