Behind the counter, fresh local ingredients go into exceptionally smooth batches that range from lighter takes on classics like butter pecan to playful presentations. Depending on what is churning, orders can feature an ice cream cone surrounded by cotton candy or scoops of Madagascar vanilla topped with 24k gold flakes.
