Located in the Concourse section near the local courthouse, this clean, inexpensive counter-serve joint has very little dining space, making it primarily a takeout spot. Alongside the main plates, the kitchen prepares chicken fried dumplings and spring rolls with wrappers that suggest they are homemade. Orders are handled by a friendly front counter.
