Description
Oscar D. Pate originally established the group as The Westminster Judo Club, gathering his two children and four of their friends. The first classes were held in the Pate basement on a 4' by 9' mat before relocating to a local school gymnasium and eventually expanding through an association with the Hyland Hills Recreation District.
