Chef Eddie Hui brought his recipes to Central Florida in 2004 after cooking Vietnamese cuisine since 1980. The kitchen prepares dishes from both North and South Vietnam, balancing generous bowls of pho with regional plates like bò lá lốt and bún bò Huế. Food arrives as soon as each dish is ready, frequently paired with Vietnamese coffee or peach tea with real peach slices.
