What began in 2014 from an impromptu search for late-night snacks using wonton wrappers and leftovers has grown into a downtown Glenside fixture with a flexible menu. Named Best Dumplings to Go by Philadelphia Magazine, the kitchen freezes each batch at peak quality to preserve flavor, serving them via counter pickup, local delivery, a food truck, and nationwide shipping.
