Description
The studio’s lineup ranges well beyond fast-paced sweat. While signature power formats and HPY BURN push the tempo, the schedule dials back the heat for gently heated, beginner-friendly vinyasa in HPY Flow and deep stretch and recovery during Heated Yin. For unheated movement, HPY Baby provides prenatal and postpartum yoga and Pilates, rounded out by focused workshops and specialty inversion classes.
