Operated as a family- and healthcare worker-owned facility on Roy Richard Dr, the 24/7 studio pairs heated booth routines with dedicated floor work. Inside the private cabins, virtual instructors lead sessions ranging from Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Cycle, to Hot Thunder, split into 15-minute interval bursts and 30-minute holds. Outside the booths, an FX Zone for functional training provides self-guided conditioning space stocked with free weights, resistance equipment, and ropes.
