HOTWORX - Santee, CA

The studio centers on an unlimited class rotation, running virtual sessions back-to-back so members can drop in without rigid scheduling. Working out inside the infrared environment produces heavy sweating and serves as an alternative for people seeking relief from chronic pain that makes conventional gyms difficult to tolerate. Located on Town Center Parkway across from Costco, the Santee facility is staffed during designated hours and offers a trial session to test the heated setup.
