HOTWORX - Sandy Springs, GA - Perimeter Center

Workouts inside the enclosed saunas combine heat, infrared energy, and exercise, pitching 30-minute isometric sessions and 15-minute HIIT intervals as accelerated alternatives to traditional hour-long classes. For training outside the heat, the space adds an FX Zone equipped with free weights, resistance equipment, and functional training gear. Located along Peachtree Dunwoody Road in the Perimeter business district, the studio requires visitors to be at least 18 years old.
