Workouts inside the patented saunas include nine virtually instructed sessions, spanning Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, and Hot Barre None alongside 15-minute high-intensity interval training. Outside the saunas, members also have access to the FX Zone, a functional training area equipped with free weights, resistance bands, and ropes. The studio sits across the street from Downtown Dadeland, right by Dadeland Mall.
