HOTWORX - Brookhaven, GA

Tucked into Brookhaven Village Shops on Dresden Drive, the studio structures its routines around a 3D training method combining heat and infrared energy. Sauna sessions run on a continuous 24/7 loop led by virtual instructors, ranging from Hot Pilates and Hot Cycle to a 30-minute Hot Yoga workout drawing on multiple yoga styles and postures. Participants must be at least 18 to sign up without parent or guardian consent, and workouts call for athletic gear suited to exercising in sustained heat.
