Occupying a full city block bounded by Pineapple, Henry, Clark, and Hicks Streets, this 1885 complex hosted legendary salsa artists, literary icons, and a mid-century LGBTQ+ social scene. Though it no longer operates as a hotel, the landmark building today houses a combination of co-op residences, student housing, and retail spaces.
