Hope’s Brunch House

Owners Fadil and Hope Memedi alongside partners Gazmend and Ayten Alitovski draw on more than 30 years of restaurant background at this family-run breakfast and lunch spot. The kitchen sources organic produce and local suppliers whenever possible, strictly frying in beef tallow instead of seed oils. Midday visits also include small hospitality details built right into the meal, serving complimentary homemade soup and Kangen water with lunch.
