Historic Overlook House

Inside, ground-floor reception rooms feature hardwood floors, rich paint, and a fireplace, supported by a full kitchen for events. Upstairs suites open onto a second-floor balcony, where a wisteria-covered spiral staircase leads down to the lawn and a white arbor framing vistas toward the West Hills. Event layouts accommodate up to 75 guests inside or 150 in the garden.
