Acquired by the Commission in 1943, the 24.5-acre park includes 13.2 acres of environmentally sensitive land with a perennial tributary to the Paint Branch. Amenities across the property include athletic fields, lighted basketball courts, a picnic shelter, and a multi-age playground. The grounds also historically hosted county Pride gatherings.
