Description
Opened in 1998 as part of the City Heights Revitalization Plan, the complex replaced the former Highland Park facility as the recreation branch of the City Heights Urban Village. Alongside picnic areas, a tot lot, and playgrounds, the site houses indoor community spaces including a game room, meeting space, a mini kitchen, and a craft and ceramic room, anchored by a dedicated teen center.
