Tailored to support church retreats and non-profit ministries, reservations are limited to groups of men, women, married couples, and families.

The multi-level layout keeps communal life organized. A dedicated basement for arts and crafts separates project work from the primary living areas, while a kitchen equipped for multiple cooks easily handles shared meal prep and cleanup. A wrap-around porch, en-suite bathrooms, and an accessible main floor round out the space, though visitor feedback notes that certain furnishings and cabin fixtures show their age.
