Situated in the middle of a NYCHA property, the park offers an open layout with plenty of room to move around. However, the experience for families can vary. While the playground and summer sprinklers are active spots for kids, some visitors note a mixed atmosphere around the baby swings, where smoking and loud language sometimes occur. Public restrooms are available on-site, though they are frequently left in a messy condition.
