$21.00 – $29.00
Seven stonework beds of culinary and medicinal herbs are framed by historic columns from the Tennessee State Capitol.
Description

Installed in 1983 between Cheekwood’s Turner Seasons and Carell Dogwood Gardens, the space was developed with the Herb Society of Nashville to evaluate herbal plants for year-round growth in Middle Tennessee. The themed plantings emphasize household specimens with historical and contemporary uses. In the center, an arbor features bench seating, climbing roses, and seasonal tropical plants, complemented by an amphitheater set into the landscape.
