Handling sourcing, roasting, and distribution completely in-house, Heirloom tests every coffee lot for over 300 molds, toxins, and pesticides, along with glyphosate, paraquat, and heavy metals. Roasts are developed using a proprietary "Culinary Roast" style, aiming for gentle profiles that steer clear of burnt notes. The result is a cup highlighted by subtle sweetness, brightness, and smoothness without the jitters.
