The deli traces back to September 1994, when Heidi Bendiksen Naples relocated from Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, and opened a 1,400-square-foot bagel and ice cream shop in Denver’s Highlands neighborhood. The business eventually expanded from that century-old building into multiple locations led today by daughters Jenee and Juliana. The counter turns out custom sandwiches made with natural nitrate-free meats, rounded out by soups and wraps.
