Founder Matt Quinlisk builds Hearth around sourcing and milling local Rocky Mountain grains alongside seasonal Colorado-grown produce. Beyond the daily loaves and pastries, the shops pour Tablón Coffee across Denver's RiNo, Uptown, and Highlands outposts, as well as Littleton.
