Established in 2011 by the Zen Community of Oregon, the temple took shape through hours of volunteer labor after the group purchased the building. Its purpose centers on sharing Buddhist teachings and cultivating community, compassion, and wisdom, creating a warm and inviting space where visitors are welcome to come and spend time.
