Heart of Texas Tacos

Founded by Amber and Justin Fraser, the kitchen draws on Fraser’s 15 years as an executive chef—including time at Waco’s historic Elite Cafe. The lineup extends to adobo chicken, southwest pulled pork, and customizable taco bowls and nachos, with churro bites and family fajita pre-orders available alongside the staples. Outside regular service, they host neighborhood community nights, provide catering, and partner on fundraisers for local schools, churches, and bands.
