HAWC Gym

The 4,000-square-foot facility, established in 2013, centers on varied group workouts, one-on-one personal training, open gym time, and targeted 6-week HYROX prep training. Workouts change daily to stay challenging, scaling to accommodate both competitive athletes and beginners across all fitness levels. Beyond the training floor, the gym provides dedicated wellness services, including a run club, chiropractic care, a physio specialist, and InBody body fat measurements.
