Description

Developed in the mid-20th century by industrialist Henry J. Kaiser, Hawaii Kai was shaped as a planned residential community encircling the marina basin and extending up into the valleys and ridges of Koko Head and Kamehame Ridge. Commercial hubs like Hawaii Kai Towne Center and Koko Marina Center organize the neighborhood's shopping and dockside dining alongside direct access to coastal recreation and trailheads.
