The lineup grows out of founder Nobuhiro's passion for high-grade green tea, sparked by a transcendent cup of gyokuro in Kyoto. His relationship with local growers goes as far as entering the fields to personally harvest tea leaves, keeping the resulting matcha personally chosen by hand.
