Hash Kitchen

Created by executive chef Joey Maggiore, this chef-driven, brunch-only concept puts a playful spin on daytime dining. The kitchen turns out frittatas, scramblers, pancakes, and a wide variety of hashes, flanked by morning cocktails. At the drink counter, the build-your-own setup features in-house infused vodkas alongside an extensive spread of toppings, while weekends invite guests to dish and dance.
