Harrowgate Park

Set along Kensington Avenue, Harrowgate Park functions as a community gathering space for local residents and neighborhood events. Experiences here reflect an ongoing contrast: while many visitors praise the grounds as well tended and free of litter, others highlight surrounding neighborhood challenges, cautioning that needles can turn up in the grass even when paved walkways remain clear.
